We will gladly accept any undamaged and unsacratched glasses within 7 Days of purchase for a refund or an exchange.
Customer needs to return the parcel through any courier on his own expense to our address.
Delivery Charges will not be refunded.
Refund requests will be processed within 2-3 working days after receiving the return products.

Eyesight Lenses Refund Policy
The cost of eyesight lenses is non-refundable if the customer-provided prescription is correct.
In such cases, only the frame amount will be eligible for a refund or exchange.
If the prescription is correct but the customer wishes to return or exchange the product for any personal reason, the lens amount will be deducted.
If the Prescription Is Incorrect
If the prescription is found to be incorrect after verification, the company will refund the full amount, including both frame and lenses.
